We serve the community both by joining other organizations and hosting E.B.O.N.Y.-sponsored events that are open to the public. We also have member-focused activities throughout the year.

N.A.M. is a non-profit, community-based agency that strives to meet basic human needs.

Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.

Gracewood

Supporting single mothers and their children to reset their lives.

Feed My Starving Children

A Christian non-profit dedicated to ending child hunger.

Annual Events

E.B.O.N.Y. hosts community events throughout the year. In addition to those outreach activities, we have  annual events for the public and two annual socials for our members and their guests.

National African-American Read-In

The National African American Read-In is dedicated to diversity in literature. 

MLK Celebration

Each year, E.B.O.N.Y. holds a celebration to honor Martin Luther King Jr.

Black History Month

We design bulletin board displays at the Barbara Bush Library in recognition of Black History Month.

Annual Luncheon

Each spring we celebrate the organization at a May luncheon.

December Annual Holiday Party

We come out in festive attire to eat, drink and be merry! Families and friends celebrating the season.

Special Member Activities

From author readings to cancer walks, we also participate in special activities throughout the year.
